Sash & Luna Collaboration – Launch Party 16th Feb
Hello girls,
After a weekend off – well deserved indeed – I received Natalie J Watts‘ photos from the Launch Party last Thursday. I couldn’t wait to share them on the website.

So the point of blogging on a Saturday evening before I’m off for dinner was to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along to support us, to all our brides who came to try on our pieces and also those who made it possible.
What happened…
Heather from Sash + Veil and I came up with the idea of working together on something different. She does veils and I do flowers, what could go wrong?
Delicate handmade veils with our preserved flower crowns and other headpieces to create the ultimate boho look. Such lovely collaboration, full of petals, blush tulles and innovative pieces that we never saw anywhere else. We really wanted to do something unique. We also thought that mixing coloured veils would be fun.
We wanted to show some of the dresses that have been part of the shoots we’ve done for Sash & Luna collaboration in the past month. If you liked any of the dresses we had complementing our headpieces and veils, here’s where you can find them.

We had lovely Emmy with her Brigadeiros. These sweets are a delicatessen that you could have at your wedding. They are made with dulce de leche, original from Brazil. Something different to offer wedding guests. How colourful and yummy they were!
We had the pleasure to have Candra from Wild Rose Hair Stylist joining us, treating brides with suggestions and helping them to find the right hairstyle to wear our crowns and veils. She specialises in boho hair styles. Good hands to leave your hair on for any special event.
Natalie J Watts was hand on taking photos and chatting to brides about our latest projects together. She is an award-winning photographer with a very extended experience in the photography and wedding industry, being featured in the most famous magazines around the world. She has been in charged of photographing our collection. We went to the US a couple of weeks ago to shoot the collection in the Grand Canyon. If you were at the event, she might have shown you some of the photos. We are hoping to show these very soon online too!
Heather and I were absolutely pleased with how everything went. We have to thank everyone who came to see our collection, from brides to boutiques and other suppliers within the wedding industry and friends.
We look forward to seeing you again next year!
THANK YOU!
